Ms. Michele Brantley, President and CEO, is a graduate of Rutgers University and is a certified Microsoft Professional. Ms. Brantley has over 15 years of experience in various federal government agency support roles, as well as the private and non-profit sectors. She has expertise with the EPA, where she was a coordinator for the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC); with the National Aeronautics and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where she provided expertise with the Agency's development of compliance documentation for the Government Performance and Reporting Act (GPRA); and with the Department of Defense (DoD), where she has worked on several weapons systems programs and in various IT roles, including Y2K activities, at Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
Ms. Brantley is also a workshop leader for the Women's Council on Energy and the Environment (WCEE) sponsored Technology Career Day for middle school students of Fairfax County Schools to encourage them to seek technology careers.
Ms. Regi Chikar, Vice President and co-founder, is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She has over 30 years of experience encompassing various phases of DoD, DOE, and EPA programs. Ms. Chikar's areas of expertise include specialized experience in the areas of information technology, acquisition policy development, technical program management; cost and schedule analysis; organizational analysis and business process re-engineering; DoD and DOE acquisition management; procurement analysis; statement of work preparation; performance specification development; major weapons system acquisition for U.S. Navy new ship construction programs; information technology, including systems development and testing.
